It was more than I expected but worth it! The left overs did not go to waste! My son and I tried it after his senior portrait session at Cady. He had the spare ribs. Now this kid lifts heavy and he eats A LOT! He had another meal out of it & I had 2 more meals! Delicious food and friendly atmosphere. Huge servings. Gave us a taste of home. Lemonade is homemade!

This place just opened up 3 months ago. I gave it a try as someone who never really had real southern food and when I tell you this place is amazing, its an understatement. The baked chicken was fall off the bone literally. The fried catfish is made to order and so soft inside. So many sides like fried okra, mac n cheese, yams, broccoli and cheese casserole. The beef tips are soft and in a good gravy. Tried oxtails for thr first time and was delicious. Corn bread is soo tasty and soft. The banana pudding is like any typical one in my opinion but still good. Wish there would be more cookies and bananas in it versus the amoun of pudding. The only con I will say is that when I went at opening time, the food was just warm instead of hot but dont make a difference as I shoved it down my throat so fast it didnt mater. Me and my wife love coming here now.

Food is A1! I would come back every time I am in the area if I can. Service was quick, facilities are clean and the food is delicious! I would highly recommend!
